This website is run by Kurt Dolan, a sole trader based in Dublin, Ireland. I keep things simple: this site collects as little information about you as possible.

No cookies, no tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and it has no forms. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is never sent to me.

Hosting

Like every website, the service that hosts this site briefly processes technical details such as your IP address in order to deliver pages to you and protect the site from attacks. I don't use this to identify you.

When you email me

If you contact me by email, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. I use it only to:

• reply to your enquiry and send you a quote, and
• if you become a client, provide and invoice for the work we agree.

I never sell or share your details for marketing. Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted when no longer needed. Client records are kept for as long as Irish tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing kurt@kurtdolan.com. If you're unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
